Drivers being broken

Hey so I have an R9 360 and its been fin for the whole year that I've had my computer and today its causing games to be blurry. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling the drivers, i have tried updating from the amd website, I've tried altering game settings but nothing works. Any ideas on why or help would be greatly appreciated

 Like its not super blurry but its annoying, after looking at the image the image isnt blurry but the game is

I don't see anything, are you running at the correct resolution with the right settings?

Is this happening in all games, or only one?

I apologies, i hadn't realized that the game changed the resolution
