New build problems, random reboot

Haasi
Go to solution Solved by Haasi,

Took my mobo and cpu to the shop, they got it to crash. Classic case of "i dont want to work with these certain guys"

Got a new card. All is good

Hey so trying to make it short.

Upgraded everything but ram and hard drives.

Originally wouldn't boot, shop updated bios, now booting.

Now everything works but at random times, the screens go black "i can still hear sounds at this time" and in a few secs the pc reboots. No blue screen no nothing just reboots.

Its not the rams, its not the psu. Tested both with new ones, same problem.

Also fresh windows install

Windows 10 pro

Zotac 3080 ti

I7 11700k

Rog z490-e

4x 8gb ram 3200hz

I've done every update possible. Really starting to lose it at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could this be caused by the M.2 ssd's? I downloaded samsung magician and it cant get a reading on either of them like speccy.

Also running performance benchmark on both of them they're both under 1000 mb/s

Do I need to configure these ports somewhat in bios?

The manual explaining these slots was confusing at best.

Also trying to diagnostic scan with the samsung magician it says the drive does not support this feature, is this as its supposed to be?

Can't benchmark GPU so it's just probably a bad GPU, out of options here everything else is tested.

A mod can delete the post I don't know how to do it. Thanks

System been running fine without the GPU, getting a replacement on monday. I'm gonna bet it on the GPU's fault for now, thanks!

The shop couldn't get the card to crash so now I don't really know what to do.

System works fine with a 1060 and A 2080Ti.

Only thing left that isn't new are the ssd's. Currently new os on the 960 evo, though i cant get it to read or write past 960mbs.

psu is a new Rm850x corsair.

Tried to power the card with separate 8 pin cables, tried powering the cpu with 8 + 4 and solo 8 pin.

Tried everything
