Display won't display

Hello,

So one day, I decided to turn off my second display via the power switch on the back of the monitor. Wanted to turn it back on, it says no signal. Tried a different cable, nothing. Tried a different port on the graphics card, still nothing. The I tried a different a different monitor, but still no signal. I tried the monitor on a different PC and suddenly, it worked. Looked in Settings and the second monitor was showing up in settings, but no display output. Please help.
