Yes. All B550 is compatible with 5000 series. You may need to update the BIOS, though, depending on when the board rolled off the line. If you don't have an older CPU, I'd recommend getting a board with flashback, which will allow you to do a BIOS update via a USB drive, without a CPU installed. Worse case scenario, AMD will mail you an older CPU to update the BIOS with. You'd just need to contact them, and then obviously wait for the snail mail.
