double windows start menu icon (?)

Dear Windows Theme gods, firstly, take a look at the screenshot of my desktop that I attached to understand what the problem is. Then take a look at the other screenshot to see the tools that I am using.

Now. Why is that happening? I have no clue. I know I'm using too many apps that they could interrupt but couldn't find a way to get around it and can't delete any since I use all of them for different things. I set up the custom windows start icon and start menu using StartIsBackCfg and I use 7+Taskbar Tweaker to have shortcuts (double clicking on an empty space on the taskbar to go to the desktop etc). But when I setup TaskbarX to have a transparent taskbar, it started forcing the original windows start logo behind the one I setup. And there is literally no setting to change that. I don't want to have to go back to StartIsBackCfg just to force the icon everytime I restart the computer. I could just leave it as is since it doesn't lose functionality but dam is it distracting. I really need your help with this. Thank you in advance.

Most likely one of the transparency ones is interfering with the logo replacement.

You said it yourself you are using a lot of tools and well too many messes you up.

Any reason why you aren't just using one simple one like rainmeter?

I don't know how I could use rainmeter for start logo replacement, centered taskbar and transparent taskbar all at the same time. I don't even know how to use it to make changes on the taskbar lol. Just using it for the desktop widgets. I can't find a tool that all these at ones that's why I am using all of them at the same time. And while trying so many configurations, I found out that TaskbarX is putting the normal logo behind the one I setup. And I can't find a way to change that. I either give up on the whole aesthetic by using the original half-transparent taskbar or have to force the logo I want everytime the pc boots up again. sigh..
