Mic not recognised.

Hey everyone, I just recently bought a headphone, with a mic, and Windows never detected my mic. I use the headphones as output, but neither in Sound Settings, not in Device Manager, neither in Recording options do i see it. Basically, it's not visible anywhere, hence Teams, Meet, Skype, Zoom and Discord are not recognizing my mic. My laptop has an integrated headphone and mic jack, so i dont have to connect the splitter too. I have tried so many things from so many websites but nothing seems to work. Please help me out!!
