No signal

Hey guys my PC is powering on but says no signal I've searched the entire Internet and the most reasonable thing I found was that the motherboard shorted out when I put in the graphics cards and really shoved them in there so I think the motherboard touched the case and shorted out is that a possibility

Yes but no debug lights on
