I have a Zotac 1080 8gb mini, EVGA 500BT  PSU, 2 Crucial 8gb DDR3L-1600 UDIMM. I dont have a mother board and a CPU so i hope you guys can give me some suggestion for them.

Sounds like you want a good core count. But, it depends on how much money you want to spend, and what country you're buying in

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Sounds like you want a workstation machine that can play games as well, right?

You want a really solid CPU and motherboard combo, and plenty of RAM. DDR3L-1600 is useless for a modern desktop, so it won't be needed. I would start with 32GB of RAM for video/photo editing, and you can decide if you want more than that.

Ryzen 9 3900X, i9-10850K, i9-10900K, and Ryzen 9 5900X are all great options and sound like they would fit your needs.

The 3900X is currently on sale on Newegg for $419.99, and at $10 more expensive than the 10850K with 2 more cores and 4 extra threads, it sounds like it'd be a good fit.

This means nothing without a budget, however. If you don't give a budget, there's no way to know what's the best value for what money you have.

I'd avoid systems that support ddr3, its very old these days.

Avoid Ryzen 3000 unless you get a good deal, intel 10th gen is faster and cheaper. The 3900x is actually slower than a 10850k in many applications because most things are not locked at 100% usage and benefit from higher IPC.

Intel has the best value right now, you can usually get more cores for the same price as AMD for better multithreaded performance

AMD Zen3 5000 series are the fastest, they are 3-5% faster for gaming.

My CPU price/performance tier: (10400/11400)  / (10700/11700)  / 10850k / 5900x / 5950x

For which Intel model: f,0,kf,k, I'd get which ever is cheapest in your area, unless you want an iGPU the f models don't have an iGPU

If 10th gen intel isn't cheaper get 11th gen. The prices on Zen3 have come down a bit, so they might be closer to Intel prices now.

A 10850k is $319 at microcenter, easily the only CPU anyone near microcenter should be buying, unless you need a Ryzen 9.

IMO you should be considering the 10850k/5900x/5950x depending no your needs/budget

For a workstation, get the fastest CPU you can afford. I'd seriously consider 8 cores minimum in 2021. For gaming a 6 core would likely be to slow for your next GPU. It's already to slow for a top tier RTX 3000 card.
