Delayed signal when using DP

My screen stays black for a few seconds after booting my PC, long enough to not be able to choose an OS with dual boot. It only seems to happen when using Display Port, HDMI has no issues. When I start the monitor first and then the PC it's slightly faster. I also can't get into the BIOS, when I press delete it gets stuck on the black screen and I have to reboot my PC.

 

Things I've tried:

- Different GPU (RTX 2060)

- Different cables

- CMOS clear

- Setting the monitor on DP instead of auto

- i5-10400F

- 2x8gb HyperX Fury RGB 3200 CL16

- Sapphire Pulse RX 5500 XT

- Asrock B460M Pro4

- Crucial MX500 500gb

- Be Quiet! System Power 9 600w

- AOC C24G2U (165HZ curved VA model)
