Good morning all!
Just curious as to if there are still performance hits to be taken if I update my windows version I'm still on 1903 - build 18362.592.

Depends on your CPU and the workload. Spectre and Meltdown patches were released as minor updates on 1803 so pretty sure you have them already.

True, Forgot to include I'm mostly running heavy CPU intensive games like Escape from Tarkov on a 8700k oc to 5.1.

Good point, I forgot when those patches were released, back in 2018 and I last updated Feb 2020. Thank you all.
