CM Cosmos S

Hey, I'm looking for good quiet  CPU  cooler. ( going for quiet build ) 

 

My Case CM cosmos  S has 154.9 mm  spacing between motherboard and the side panel, not so much ( probably because side panel fan 200mm, and that is problem !

 

DO I go for noctua nh-c14 wich will work well with side panel fan and itself is not so high.  Or  do i with something like "be quiet Pro rock 3"  but i would have to take side panel fan, moust of big CPU cooler are over 160mm.

 

Both optios = Low profil ram, do u have favor ram company ( those days all rams are so good )

i have the Gelid Solutions Tranquillo Rev.2 which is pretty cheap and it actually does the job for me. the fan that comes with it actually is pretty strong and quiet at the same time and undervolts pretty well.
