screen bugging

hello, today I saw that my screen started to bug out at the max hertz that it was capable off (144hz with an Acer xf240h g-sync on, when it was at 60 Hz the problem stopped) and it started to get white lines that were on the screen for around 0.2 seconds, and also a black screen at around 0.5 seconds, this happened in-game and happens in every game (I think) that I have, also when this happends there is a small click from the monitor i think. GPU temps are normal (60-70 C ish) and all the cables are plugged in (i also have a second monitor dell 2407WFP, I know old hahaha). any help is appreciated!

sorry for the vid being a bit scuffed. I think that my screen is broken and i will research this more, comming back with uppdates!

the cable was weird and that was the problem
