upgrade pc

This is my pc specs I would like to upgrade it I got it from Walmart. I'm just wondering can you upgrade parts in a Walmart pc. if so, what can I get for upgrades to run American truck simulator. 

My PC Specifications:

HP Desktop Tower Ryzen3, 8GB/1TB.

Operating system: Windows 10 Home Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 3 3200G Processor

Memory: 8 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM memory (1 x 8 GB)

Internal Storage: 1 TB 7200RPM SATA hard drive

Graphics: AMD Radeon™ Vega 8 Graphics

USB ports: 8 (4 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate, 4 USB 2.0 Type-A)

Wireless: Realtek Wi-Fi 5 (1x1) and Bluetooth® 4.2 Combo, MU-MIMO supported

Okay, your two clearest upgrades:

1) a second 8GB Stick (or buy a 16GB Kit, and sell the existing 8GB Stick, so you have an actual matched pair.)

 

2) Upgrade your spinning rust to an SSD for a HUUUUUGE speed boost.  SSDs are SO much better than Hard Drives.

Also a later upgrade, when the world isn't insane:
GTX 1650 

But wait until they're under 150.  They're ENTIRELY NOT worth the current pricetag.
