Just Built my computer and 2 of my ram slots aren't allowing me to put them in their slots for my full 32GB Ram

If anyone can give me some ways to fix it i would appreciate it

Can you post a picture? Do you mean that you can't physically install them? Or they are not showing up in BIOS?

So to be clear you can get any of the RAM sticks into slots 1 and 2, but when you try ANY of the RAM sticks in 3 and 4 they don't fit?

Can you send a picture of all four slots? with slots 1 and 2 filled?
