PC won't boot properly first time

So recently my PC doesn't turn on correctly, when I go to turn on my computer for the first time in the morning it fails to post a few times, usually once or twice, when its fails to post it restarts on its own, on the next restart it works perfectly fine boots up into windows and runs like nothing happened, this is really odd. It's also restarting at different points, yesterday it would show the motherboard logo, then restart, today it restarted 3 or 4 times before showing the logo, then booted up fine.

My last changes I have made to my PC was 6 months ago when I installed a NZXT AIO cooler, I did accidently rip the CPU out of the socket when switching coolers (the thermal paste really got stuck to it), but no visible damage was done to the CPU, and a month prior to that I installed a new GPU, a MSI RTX 3070 Ventus 3X OC. My PC has been booting and running with issues till now.

My motherboard does not have a readout of any kind when it restarts, and the only audible sounds that's made by the PC is the pump restarting and the hard drive spinning up again

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x

Motherboard: ASrock X470 Master SLI

Memory: Kingston 16gb 2666Mhz DDR4 (2 x 8gb) in proper dual configuration

GPU: MSI RTX 3070 Ventus 3x OC

PSU: EVGA 750W G3

The PC itself is about 2 years old if not 3 in a couple of months, with the NZXT AIO and the RTX 3070 being 6 months and 7 months old since installation

This booting issue only happens on the first start of the day, if I turn off my computer and turn it on again it does not happen
