Left oculus controller wont track

Ive had my rift S for over a year now with no issues until now. For some reason the left controller just won't be tracked. There is nothing wrong with the controller, and the right one works completely fine and the headset does as well. All of my drivers are up to date, so I have no idea why it won't track. I've disconnected it and reconnected it and tried many other troubleshooting ideas with no success. If anyone has any insight on what to do that would be greatly appreciated.
