Stuck in a boot loop

Hey guys. I went to start up my pc today and when i started it up i got a thing saying that something happened with my pc when i last turned it off, then i go to continue to windows and its still stuck. If anyone knows how to fix this then please help.

Maybe try going to the bios and resetting the bios, or taking out the cmos battery to reset that. I was stuck in boot cycle when I turned up the speed of my ram too high and taking out the cmos battery for a bit reset the speeds so it will probably reset other things too. Let me know if that works, curious.
