I'm concerned about not having enough USB headers on MOBO as PCPartPicker is saying.
If there is any way to resolve this (like a splitter), please tell me!!!
Also please suggest me any other changes I can do.

Changes I'd make:

CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X63€140 • The Z63 is just way too overpriced. The X63 still isn't great overall, but it's absolutely a better value.

Memory: 2x8GB G.Skill Ripjaws V 3600 C16€80 • Ryzen's architecture loves fast RAM, and that +400MHz boost does actually make a difference.

Storage: 1TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus • €110 • That Patriot SSD is insanely overpriced. The speeds of PCIe Gen 4 are pointless in most cases.

Power Supply: Enermax Revolution D.F. 750W • €95 • Enermax arguably has better quality units. It's also cheaper & has all black un-sleeved cables.
