I recently installed a 3070 card onto my system but ever since that happened, I've been getting a 4 beep error each time I boot up. I have tried updating the bios just in case but that didn't resolve anything (well a faster boot up but that's about it). I tried using 1 stick of ram and testing all of them, no changes. I even tested with different ram (corsair vengeance) and same result as before. I don't know if its the motherboard that's the issue or my power supply just isn't enough so I came here hoping for some ideas, Also, I haven't been able to use all of my ram in the past. I don't know how to explain it but before and after I installed a new graphics card, my pc would blue screen. I can only use 2 sticks in order to avoid a blue screen and use my pc. Maybe someone reading understands the situation better than me so any opinion is welcomed.

I've linked the parts for my pc in the link below

Ps. Forgive my horrible writing. It's like 4AM right now and I am unbelievably tired.
