Psu coil whining

Hi All,

I recently bought a prebuilt pc with the following specs:

• 5600x
• 3070
• EVGA 650w psu
• 32gb 3200mhz ram

but when I play games like GTA 5 with v-sync enabled, getting 75fps the psu makes this really loud and annoying buzzing sound.
Is there any way for me to fix this?

is it normal?
