PC restarts when loading into games

When I load into either Apex or Warzone, my PC completely restarts - no blue screen, no overheating mid-game. It's only when the loading card appears, then my fans kick on loudly and the whole thing restarts. Everything worked perfectly until a couple of weeks ago. Even more confusingly, this doesn't happen when I load in to play Overwatch or do my audio/video processing work. Those are fine. I've tried re-seating all my PSU connections and RAM and the only thing I've noticed is that my PSU fan never spins. Idk if this is related or the problem, but maybe of note?
