You really need something with a ssd and 8gb if possible. At the very least a ssd as windows 10 is just not useable at all on 4gb of ram without one.

 

Of these 2 the i5 is the better pick but not good and will struggle doing what you need due the having a hard drive and not a ssd. The 4gb of ram also does not help at all.
