Hi

I recently got an i4 11400 (NOT F) and now want to use my GPU for one monitor, and my onboard graphics for the other, which I was able to do with my previous CPU (also intel).

I tried just plugging in my monitor into my motherboard, but it didn't work. I tried installing the intel hd drivers, but it said that "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software" , and they don't show up in the Device manager. I tried manually installing them, but it didn't fix it.

I've also tried using DDU, but that didn't help either.

There are no options to enable the onboard graphics in my Bios (updated) -

What else could I try?

Full specs are

MSI 2060 Super

i5 11400

ASUS b560m-a MB, latest Bios version

16 GB DDR4

700W CM PSU

You need to enable the iGPU it in BiOS.

I'm assuming you have a bill of sale which has legal obligations for the seller.

That is, the components are not ripoffs, fakes or nonfunctional.

So if you really have an i5-11400 and that mobo whose spec sheet explicitly mentions graphics support, then either the components are not what they are claimed in the bill of sale or they don't work according to spec.

If so, return the CPU and mobo and ask the reseller to give you the components that meet the specifications.

This is unacceptable for a buyer.

The specs of the intel CPU say it has an iGPU and the motherboard specs say it supports graphics output.

If they don't, it's out of spec and they need to give you functional products.
