Boot Issues with New Build

Remove the front panel connectors. Don't have the computer plugged into the case at all. We're trying to eliminate that as a possibility now.

Is that GPU new or used? If used, remove it from the motherboard. You won't get any video out, but it might make it farther into POST.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

connectors removed, gpu is used so has also been removed. How would I now turn it on?

Turn the PSU on, and touch the two power button pins with your screwdriver. They're marked on the motherboard. I'd circle them in a picture for you, but none of the pictures show the markings well enough.

Let's make sure the power supply is good.

That is for a Silverstone PSU, but the pins that plug into the motherboard follow the ATX standard. They're the same on your PSU.

Fan did not start, however that doesn't make sense as there was some power going into the mobo as the orange rgb strip turned on
