Hi, having problems with laptop, screen is tearing and glitching.

 

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43). 

 

I have resat everything inside, I format, and installed the newest driver through GeForce experience, but it still shows as using Microsoft Basic Display Driver.
