Holding down keys are not registering

I have a drop ctrl keyboard and changed it to allow nkro but when I type on notepad or play any games it is registering it as sfffffffffff instead of sfsfsfsf when held down. I've checked the keyboard settings on my computer and the filter keys is off. Can anyone help me with this?

This is normal and afaik nothing you can do about it. Reading multiple keystrokes at once =/= typing them all at once.
