you might as well just buy a pre built or wait until the gpu shortage is over, getting a 1500 dollar rtx 2060 is absurd and literally about 5 times more than what it should cost so maybe buy a pre built if you are desperate?

if cpu and mobo combo otherwise, out of the box likely not unless it happens to ship with ryzen 3000 ready. if not then you have to update the bios using an older cpu, and good luck gettting one when athlons are double the msrp
