minecraft, streaming, fifa, football manager, and others.

Never had a rig before. Would like advice: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/CGcg7X

1080p or higher

You are certainly going to have zero issues if you follow the build path you have outlined in your link. You'll be able to run 1080 fairly flawlessly. Only thing I might suggest would be some additional cooling. A budget CPU cooler would do just fine, at least better than the cooler your CPU will come with. Maybe throw in some extra fans in the case?

I agree..

I'd personally recommend this CPU cooler as budget https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/ByGxFT/arctic-freezer-34-cpu-cooler-acfre00052a

As for the additional case fans, you don't have to add those to your list, because the fans are already going to come installed with the case you chose.

Consider using a 5600X cpu.

Like others, I'd suggest an aftermarket cpu cooler.

I'd also suggest memory with slightly better speed and timings.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Any suggestions for better memory

I think for your particular use case, you don't need to go above and beyond when it comes to "better" memory. The latency improvement you would get when it comes to getting that better RAM is going to be so minimal I don't think you would notice a worthwhile difference. If you were using this as a workstation, then improving the RAM might be more worthwhile.

As well as that, you can save some money if you go for some RAM with no RGB lighting.

The best thing that you can do when deciding on parts, is educating yourself on the way.

Ask yourself what "better" memory even is, and how you can tell if it is better or not.

The link below gives you a good general idea of what to look for.
