2400Mhz seems a bit way too slow compared to the rest of parts...

I'd recommend 3200Mhz minimum.

Only 250GB SSD Storage? Why not go for atleast 512 too 😛

Changed to HyperX FURY RGB 2x16GB DDR4 3200MHz.

Regarding the SSD - need to save some money somehow 🙂

What about the rest? Is it a solid build?

Current PC spec. in my profile.
Can I realistically call myself a gamer, if I only play ONE, twenty year old game...?

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!

Yep

OK:  Intel 10xxx only "needs" 4xx series motherboards; unless you see a quick upgrade to an 11xxx CPU before LGA 1700 comes out, Z490 s/be enough & more affordable.

Also; do you "need" 2.5Gbps networking...?

EDIT:

Revised list incl. graphics card - https://il.pcpartpicker.com/list/8M4Mt8

I don't like ordering from other countries because the import tax is insane and the local shops do not have any Z490 boards in stock 😞

Hmm... tried to go budget heavy, but it seems choice/options where you seem a bit limited.
