Need help with laptop for specific needs

Hi!
I need help to pick up a good laptop to work with a specific hardware. 
I am going to use to with a 3d scanner. Exact model is Artec Eva. Here's it on manufacturer's site. And here's the system requirements. 
I will not process scans on the laptop, only scan but I will use HD mode. It would be great to be able to have about 1 hour of autonomous work on high performance mode, but I think i would have access to electricity most of the time.
As a reference here's my desktop. I'm using the scanner with, specs:

GTX 1070 ti (gonna switch to some of RTX ones soon)
i7-9700K
64 GB RAM

Everything works smoothly, but I don't thing I have to go that far on laptop. As I use desktop to process scanners withing Studio, and then use then in heavy 3d scenes. 
I'm not sure how much money a laptop could cost.
