Random AMD driver timeouts

Hey fellow tech people,

so Im having some trouble with my RX5700. The video drivers just timeout, as the message says, and sometime it still have some pixels that flicker and sometimes I can just move on but my games crash when this happens.

I tried new Windows install, different drivers (old and new), unpluging monitors and stuff, reseating and some "tips" of the AMD support but nothing helped yet.

My specs are:

ASUS Dual RX5700

AMD Ryzen 2600X

AORUS B450 Elite (Bios Version F50)

ASUS VG278 and ASUS VS278 (if that helps)

 

Did someone experience the same thing and solved it or knows how to solve it or even possibilites that could help are welcome
