Did you buy PC used or why it had already something installed? If you bought used, I highly recommend reinstalling Windows to get rid of any junk previous owner might have left there.

As for game licenses, they are tied to accounts on those platforms. If you can't access one platform, you can just logout from that user, or log in with another user. Files should remain, the permission to access is tied to user account. So if you are using Steam, you could just uninstall Epic Store software and continue with Steam.

No the game files need to be located in steams steamapps folder. You may be able to skip the download by moving gta5 game files over to the steamapps folder. Open steam and verify integrity of game files.

First , thanks for your reply. That’s what I want to do , skip the download , I will buy the game license from steam and the game already installed in my pc I don’t want to delete the game and reinstall it , I will try this and i hope it’s work , thanks.

Yeah, you need to move files to correct folder. Most of them will be same, but there might be some files that are client specific and are required to be downloaded.

Steam files are in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\commonC:\Program. For Epic Games its apparently C:\Program Files\Epic Games\.

It’s seem useless, i try and nothing happen don’t know if I did something wrong or what .

What do you mean? I don't have Epic Games so I can't check how files are in there. In Steam they are per game folders named with games name.

You need to select "verify game cache". That forces Steam to check files.
