Silverstone FT03 mini - 3.5" HD question?

Go to solution Solved by W-L,

FYI, this is in the wrong section of the forum, probably under storage.

And to answer your question, WD Red drives should be able to take more punishment heat wise since they are designed to be packed in a NAS with multiple drives running side by side.

I am going to put a SSD in my next FT03 mini build.

In addition I need a 3.5 HD (in that cramped space) for all my media

From what I read over in the Hard Drive Question forum, I am still uncertain if I should get a RED WD HD for my File storage/music/tv show/movie server drive or a regular Seagate drive, given the size constraints and temps that I would expect in the FT03 mini case.

Any advice?

TIA!
