Hey guys this is my third build and im kind of veteran in pc building (just saying this to not get responds like check the cables)

Heres my pc specs

X570 biostar gt8

Ryzen 3 3100

Gpu:two failed on me

Memory :geil 2400mghz cl 19

Ssd :240gb kingston

Psu : one 480W and a 550 cooler master ketchup and mustard(non modular) psu's( both tested)

The cpu power plug on mother board has a 4 pin and a 8 pin next to it and i plugged in only the 4 pin

So a while back i had a rx 580 4gb biostar on my rig and it worked flawlessly ( couple bsods here and there but thats while on idle and honestly didnt care much ) cpu was set to the auto oc on ryzen master and it would never bsod under load...(it would during watching youtube and very very light load)

I ran an old lenovo display using dvi to hdmi adapter to my gpu as well so my monitor would flicker here and there while moving it a little but it would get fixed by plugging and unplugging the hdmi to dvi cable once.....so a few days back i moved display and boom, suddenly i couldnt get any display out of my rx 580 4GB anymore and when i turn on the pc with a gpu in the Motherboard it would show a d0 code on the motherboard and no display at all....

So i sent it to get fixed (im hopeless ngl cuz theres no trained technician for such stuff in my country)

So a few days back i bought a 1660 msi ventus oc for 450$ and i slotted it in ...at first everything was kinda fine....i tried to install windows and it bsod'ed on me million times after windows was finished installing on the pc ...like i barely made it trough cortana activation and the desktop screen ....then i tought ...oh it might be insufficient pwr to the cpu so i tried to plug another 4 pin pwr to the 8 pin ( i pligged it in the left side of the power port so there was another 4 pin left in between the 2 cords) the power cable wete snug and i was carefull enough to not just push it in with force it would just slide in and out but ngl the 4 pin power that i plugged into 8 pin power on the motherboard had slightly diffrent shapes on the pins( mix of half circles and square)

I tried to power the system on and it power cycled a few times and a code 0d....

I tried eveeeerything ....diffrent ram different cable diffrenet pc diffrent slot diffrent psu  ....even tried it on intel even different monitor and a complete diffrent setup and the gpu just wouldnt give out a display signal at all and the strange thing is when theres  a gpu in the motherboard slot ,when i turn on the pc it wouldnt even turn on mouse and keyboard rgb but without a gpu i can even hear it boot into the windows...no display output tho.... RMA is not an option in my country ...

Any questions or answers are welcome
