Pc crashing whea error and bsoding

My pc has been crashing and restarting into bios and bsod and restarting into bios. This doesn’t happen that often it occurred a couple days after I built it about 2 months back. Than a week to 3 weeks later it happens again the day after it happens again. Keep in minds all these are bsods uncorrectable error. than a month after around early may to late March it just crashed and restarted no bsod. And a couple days later when the screen froze or changed to https://imgur.com/gallery/K15189D

Keep on mind all bsods and crashes the screen froze and had this weird sound.

here’s what we did so far
update all drivers
DDU
UPDATE bios 
Repaired hard drive 
Ran sfc scan 
Turned of all oc

Temps are perfectly fine.

And odd enough when I’m afk not doing anything on Home Screen. it bsod when I’m afk in Home Screen for like 10 to 12 minutes 

but when gaming it freezes changes to the odd color and restarts.

Corsair rm1000x gold

all error viewed in readibillity say windows was not properly shut down.
