Hi guys,

 

I need some help. My windows taskbar is not loading whenever i boot. Sometimes it takes one restart of file explorer and its all good, sometimes it will never load, even after multiple restarts. The only clue I have is that its waiting on svhost.exe, which personally i have no clue. I have tried reinstalling windows on my 980 evo, 970 evo, and sata ssds, with the same issue coming up. Any sort of help/advice to fix this would be appreciated, im literally going insane trying to figure this out.

Specifically which one? Ive tried nvida updates, windows updates, got myself an older windows 10 build, bios updates, ssd firmware updates
