Delayed internet connection upon boot after update.

So i updated windows about a month or so ago as you can see here. Ever since then windows takes a good 1-2 minutes to connect to the internet after getting to the desktop, while before before the update it was already connected on the lock screen. Any advice?

I had this happen before but turn out to be a problem with my ethernet cable. are you wired or wireless ?

Wired. Network adapter is Intel I221 on a MSI B450 Pro Carbon AC (non-max)

I have the same motherboard.  I switched to wifi, but still get random wifi drops. but I'd try a new cable

Nah, it's not a hardware problem. Since it broke when I updated windows.

you can downloading the drive from the mb website. uninstall the current driver. then install the latest one.
