I'm just wondering if the Corsair AX760W 80+ Platinum good for 2x-3x CF or SLI? or is a 860W a better power supply for that job? B)

An 860W PSU should be fine for 2 way crossfire or SLI depending on what other stuff you have in your build, but for three way I think you should look for higher wattage PSU.

An AX 760W would be ok, but i think that if you wanna go a 3way sli or 3x CF you'd better get an AX 860W, both are very good, both can give you the power you need, after that its up to you and youre bugdet!

The 760 is good for 2 way xfire/sli

 

3 way would be possible on 860 but from memory they don't have enough connectors for 3 way.

Depends on the cpu and gpus in question.

 

Example:

3930k and gtx 580 2 way SLI it is not enough.

3570k and 670 2 way sli it is fine
