I'm looking for the cheapest cooler that would be either quieter than a stock intel heatsink's fan or is good enough that I can replace the fans with an extra 120mm noctua or two (I already have them, not including in the budget here).

 

The CPU is a Pentium G3220 which sits at fairly high load consistently and 45-50C.

 

<$20-25 would be preferable. As I said, I just need something quieter than this jet engine intel sent.
