Dear community,

I saw that there was available a new intel graphics driver for my intel G2020 CPU and I thought I should install it.

When I did,the screen went black and then came back for a few seconds but then it went black again and I had to manually shut-down my PC.

Right now the only complaint I have is that there is no audio signal through HDMI and I still don't know if the driver has been succefully installed.

Today I reinstalled my windows and tried to install the driver again.Same issue, audio says goodbye and the installation is not reaching its end.

Please help,

Luca.

Remove the driver, and install the older version.

I reinstalled the windows because it didin't let me simply uninstall the driver.I went from win8 to win8.1 and everything was ok at first.I got my old driver that I knew it works and everything seemed ok.It got some updates and I was forced to restart. After I restarted,it lost sound again.I unchecked the intel graphics driver from the update list but it seems like it wasn't that.Tonight i'm going back to windows 8 with the old driver and block the updates.Hopefully, everything it's going to be okay.

Shame on you,intel!
