I need some help. my Hp ProBook 450 G4 and it has a M.2 sata SSD slot and I just bought a Samsung 860 Evo M.2 sata 256G and when I installed it in the pc it doesn't show up in bios neither in windows, I tried restarting still doesn't work. my current setting in bios is legacy mode , do I need to switch to UEFI for the SSD to show up.

If it doesn't show up in Windows nor in Bios, it is likely not connected properly, Dead on Arrival (DOA) or there is a setting in the BIOS that turned the NVME slot off.

Aside of these options, i am not familiar with the system itsself.
