Out of curiosity do any of you fine peeps use Ryzens Eco Mode on a daily driver?

Just out of idle (no pun intended) curiosity did a quick & dirty comparison using a 20 iteration standard Intel Burn Test run.

Average temps were approx 12.4% lower than at stock settings for an approx 8.5% performance hit on the time taken to complete
(for reference ambient was 22.2c)
