Now is a terrible time to build a PC. If you're not in desperate need of one, I'd say hold off a little while longer.

note that this is without graphics card, and if you are going for 600 w/o graphics card, this is a solid build. 

However, if you are gaming you will likely need to allocate a few hundred more for a graphics card (you will have time to save up for it) or compromise other components to fit a graphics card in your budget
