AMP/DAC for HD 600 from Sennheiser

As the tilte states I would need an AMP/DAC combo to run them properly because they need 300 Ω and it sounds not very good just out of my laptop. It schould connect via USB to my laptop and it would be nice if I can also connect my phone via AUX. What would be needed if I wanted to run my HD 600 balanced I think I saw something about a 4.1 mm adapter/cable/whatever thing to makee it balanced but im not sure (and if there is a way then I would like to have an amp who could do all that).
