2080ti Kingpin problems

Im getting a GPU power too low reading on the little oled screen that comes on it. Thought it may be a PSU issue. So I bought a 1300W seasonic platinum. Im still getting the same reading when playing games at higher settings.  Someone please help!!!!!

 

Cpu is a i9-7980xe

 

Edit: When this happens my pc crashes
