Apps not loading after booting Windows

Out of nowhere somwhere in these past weeks I started getting this problem where every time I boot my PC the wallpaper doesn't load (I use wallpaper engine) and taskbar doesn't load any apps until I press any key on my keyboard. Possibly an issue with explorer.exe? Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
