Weird visual glitches when streaming with obs.

So whenever i was streaming with obs my screen just going black for a split second or just randomly flickered.
I know it is not my monitor because you could see it on stream i even have it clipped link to the clip : https://www.twitch.tv/uncr3at1ve_/clip/FitApatheticDillAMPTropPunch-8Ii_8mZ8zT6nxNIS (the biggest flicker was at the end)
I was just wondering if either it could be fixed but more so which component it is caused by becuase i have a suspicion my ssd might be faulty because of some other reasons but this seems to be something with the gpu.
And after i turned off the stream the flickers stopped so could it be too much for the gpu ?
I have no idea, so any info is appreciated.

CPU : Intel i5 4670
Motherboard : Gigabyte B85m-ds3h
450W Psu
