Pc will not boot past bios

Hi I am using a supermodel x8dti with a Xeon x5660. Yesterday I booted to windows fine and everything was fine, but then I shut down and today when I try lower on it doesn't boot past bios. I can get into the bios, change settings etc but cannot go past that. I have tried unplugging the ssd and booting again then plugging it in, I have unplugged my pcie raid card and tried booting, but no. What happens is the screen just goes black after one short beep. Any help?

I've removed the GPU and used onboard graphics and works, but why is this?
