Pc cold boot sometimes black screen

Hi good day all I have an issue for sometime, my pc when cold start will sometimes when entering windows screen it will loss all video signal in bios all was fine. My spec is Ryzen 5 3600, Asus X370F Strix, 32gb Fury ram@3200, Asus Strix 1660Ti,Coolermaster 750w V750 fully modular 80plus gold. I am using display port on an acer monitor XF240H
