Questions about SoundID Reference

I was trying to use SoundID Reference (for headphones), I was using the Sony MDR-7506 setting but wanted to make them flat as I've seen others do, I was trying to use the flat target but it can't quite seem to make it flat, am I just using it wrong or does it just not work perfectly like that? And yes, I do have calibration enabled. 

 

I'm new to Photography but enjoy it. I also run a Pentax *ist-DL mainly with a 18-55mm lens. I also have a 50-200 mm Pentax lens, and a Pentax 50 lens that is all it says.
